Most reviewers report quick relief from shoulder, neck, and back pain after treatment by named therapists like Master Steve and Master Philip. Several note the therapy feels gentle rather than aggressive. However, a small group were upset by hidden consultation fees (RM100), high treatment costs (RM280-480 per session), and hard-sell package deals; one patient's neck pain worsened despite upselling pressure to buy packages.

Most reviewers are owners of dogs, with a few people, and they mostly report pets moving better after treatment. Owners often praise the practitioners for being patient with nervous animals and for explaining what is wrong. One 1-star review describes a dog that could not walk after a session, and it was sent to a vet for X-rays.

Reviewers consistently report quick relief from shoulder, neck, and back pain, with many returning to sports or daily activity pain-free. What sets this clinic apart is the combination of chiropractic adjustments, one-on-one patient education, and integrated personal training, led by Dr. Jun Ian, who explains root causes rather than simply treating symptoms. The environment is clean and welcoming, and aftercare guidance is detailed and approachable.
