Fixing, disputing, and removing your chiropractor listing

We pull review data from Google and run it through this fixed rubric to calculate each score. Your listing is free to appear here. Paying us has never changed a score or ranking, and never will. Correcting business details

To fix factual fields in your listing (name, address, phone number, website, hours, or services offered), submit the correct information along with proof we can verify it against. A link to your Google Business Profile, your website, or another public record counts as proof. Once we confirm the correction, it stays in place through future data updates.

Disputing your score

Your score comes from Google reviews run through our rubric. A dispute is not a request for a higher number. A dispute tells us the input data itself is wrong: your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what a reviewer actually wrote. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. If the data is correct, your score stays the same.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when we find duplicates, or when a listing falls outside our scope. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline removal and explain why.

How long it takes

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. Removals that we approve are processed within 7 days. If we decline a request, we tell you the reason.
